realize that some of our customers would prefer to

We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover cards.
Jewelry Connection, Inc. will not charge your credit
card until your merchandise is shipped. You can save
C.O.D. charges by charging your sales to one of the
major credit cards listed above.
Merchandise will be shipped to the billing address
of the credit card or alternate shipping address recorded
with the credit card only. Signature required for delivery.
No exceptions.

What
are my shipping options?
We offer four modes of shipping:
Standard Shipping: Via
UPS Ground Service Usual transit time 3
6 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Service Delivery
on Next Business Day. Order cut-off time 3pm EST.
UPS 2nd Day Air Service Delivery
on 2nd Business Day
UPS 3 Day Select Service Recommended
express service for Heavy and Extra Large items such
as Hand Bags and Beaded Purses.
Please note that Express service charges may vary
for extra heavy/oversized items.
Please check the final total at
check out. Total will be displayed on the second page
of the order form after shipping address is submitted.
Please note that we reserve the right to downgrade any
over-weight or over-sized package ground shipping. We
will contact you by email in such situations.
Express services are not available to P.O. Boxes,
FPO, APO Addresses.
Please note that occasionally
an item can be out of stock and in such situation we
will inform you in a timely manner.
If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect
address/receiver unavailable after multiple attempts
or refusal of delivery, we charge $8.00 (total of $12.00
for 2nd Day Air) to cover shipping charges.
Orders are shipped Monday
through Friday only.
If you receive any package with contents damaged
or missing, please call 1(800)PICK
UPS with the tracking number on the shipping
label and file a claim. You will need to
save -the packaging for inspection by UPS.
If the package was shipped via US Mail file a
claim with local post office. |

Return/Exchange
Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top
priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the
purchase, refunds will be made for the items returned
within 10 days from Invoice date. |

If
product shipped in error or found to be defective in
workmanship or materials upon receipt product will be
replaced. In such case you must inform us the situation
within 48 hours of delivery by email or fax. |

To
streamline your return, we ask that you please note
the following:
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
with all original packaging materials, and unused means
that there are no marks on the item or any wear on tags
(such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case.
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item
with any indication that it was used. In such cases,
the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization(RMA) number by emailing us at userid@jewelryconnection.com,
providing the reason for return. The RMA number must
be written on your original invoice and on the return
shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied
by an official RMA number will not be accepted. Return
items must be delivered to our store with in 10 days
from the date of purchase. We are sorry, we cannot accept
COD packages.
If the product you are returning
included a special offer, the additional item(s) must
also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost
subtracted from your refund.
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original
purchase was made. We refund the purchase price of the
item less the original shipping costs. If you selected
the free UPS ground shipping, you will be charged for
the shipping (approximately $8 per item). If promotional
2nd day air service was used, total shipping deduction
will be approximately $12) |
